These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ezrasites.com (the "Site") and any services provided by Professional Abundance, doing business as Ezra Engine("Ezra Engine," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Ezra Engine designs and builds custom websites, including AI engine optimization (AEO), search engine optimization (SEO), Google Business Profile optimization and conversion-focused design. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with these Terms, the proposal or agreement controls.
2. Promotions
From time to time we may run promotions, such as a monthly 50% off special shown on the Site. A promotion applies to requests submitted while it is active, and its details — including which services it covers — are confirmed in your written proposal. Promotions have no cash value, cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing, and may be changed or ended at any time.
3. No guaranteed results
Search rankings, Google Maps visibility and mentions in AI answer engines depend on third parties such as Google and AI providers, whose systems change often and are outside our control. We work to industry best practices, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, citation, lead volume or revenue.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely feedback, content and approvals.
- Make sure you own or have permission to use any logos, text, images or other materials you give us.
- Keep your own accounts (domain, hosting, Google Business Profile and similar) secure and in good standing.
5. Payment
Fees, deposits, payment schedules and any refund terms are set out in your proposal or agreement.
6. Intellectual property
Unless your agreement says otherwise, once you have paid in full you own the final website content and design created specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how, and may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Text messaging terms
- Program: Ezra Engine customer care texts about your request and, if you opt in separately, marketing texts about offers and promotions.
- Consent: Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
- Help: Reply HELP or contact us at travis@professionalabundance.com or 678-582-2048.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and is never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
8. Acceptable use of the Site

9. Third-party services
The Site and our work may rely on third-party services such as hosting, scheduling, CRM and analytics tools. Their terms govern your use of those services.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ezra Engine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Ezra Engine harmless from claims arising from materials you provide or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
